Which Certification for Entry Level Pentester (Pentest+, CEH, eJPT, or PJPT)?

In this video I talk about “entry” level penetration testing certifications that I have taken and if they prepare you for a junior level/entry level pentesting role. I have taken and passed all of these exams on the first try. The exams I cover in this video are:

TCM Security PJPT – Practical Junior Penetration Tester
CompTIA Pentest+ v2
EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (Both ANSI and Practical)
INE Security (FKA eLearnSecurity) eJPT – Junior Penetration Tester

Each exam has it’s pros and cons and I give my honest opinion on all of them based on my experience and some of my opinions may or not be popular.

I took all of these exams in 2024 and I paid for them all with my own money so the opinions I present in this video are my own and not influenced in any way by any of the vendors I am talking about. I hope this helps someone and let me know if you have any questions!
